Residential Lease Assignment (Type 2)
RESIDENTIAL LEASE ASSIGNMENT-TYPE 2
BE IT KNOWN THAT, [Name of Assignor] for valued consideration agrees and hereby assigns to [Name of Assignee] all of [Name of Assignor]'s remaining rights in and to a certain lease made by [Name of Assignor] and [Name of Landlord] for premises described as [Description of Premises] pursuant to lease dated [Date of Lease], [Name of Assignee] agrees to fully perform all of [Name of Assignor]'s obligations under said Lease after delivery of possession thereto.
Pursuant to said assignment, [Name of Assignor] agrees and shall
deliver possession of the leased premises to [Name of Assignee] no later than [Effective date].
Pursuant to said assignment between [Name of Assignor] and [Name of Assignee], [Name of Landlord] hereby consents to said lease assignment.
All parties acknowledge said lease to be in good standing and in full force without modification.
This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns, personal agents, and representatives.
